After 29 years of dedicated service to RWG, Managing Director Keith Brady has decided to retire. During Keith’s long and successful career at RWG he has driven significant change throughout the organisation, including advanced remanufacturing, continuous improvement, new product introduction and people development. Keith has taken great pride in RWG’s modern apprenticeship programme and to creating a working environment where employees can actively engage and contribute to RWG’s many business improvement initiatives.
Nick Blaskoski, Chairman of RWG’s Board of Directors commented, “Keith has been an exceptional leader of our Company for the last thirteen years, navigating RWG through some volatile trading conditions. Keith’s clear direction, commitment and enthusiasm has undoubtedly contributed to the successful and resilient Company that we are all proud to be part of. Under Keith’s leadership RWG has established a strong and experienced Senior Management Team, so to his enormous credit, Keith is leaving the Company in great hands.”
After a long and rewarding career, Keith now intends to dedicate more time to his family and to the pursuit of his extensive list of hobbies. Hopefully, Keith
and his wife will soon be able to travel internationally again and continue a part of life’s adventure that they both enjoy so much.
RWG’s Board has confirmed the appointment of Mark Forsyth as RWG’s new Managing Director. Mark began his working life as an RWG apprentice more than thirty years ago. Mark’s career path at RWG and Wood plc has enabled him to gain considerable commercial, financial, and operational experience within the business. Previously Mark has held senior management positions within Wood’s gas turbine business in Alaska, as well as President of Wood’s Light Industrial Turbines business in Houston, Texas (now part of EthosEnergy ). Mark also successfully led RWG Inc’s business in the US, so his gas turbine knowledge and international business experience ensures he is well positioned to drive RWG forward.
