Industrial & Marine Business Director

Mark is responsible for all of our customer-facing activities, including proposals, contracts, business development, sales, procurement and sub-contract activities. He started out as an apprentice in 1987 with PMM, which later became RWG. During his 30 year career, Mark has amassed a wealth of experience and product knowledge in roles including Avon Senior Project Engineer, Olympus/501 Business Manager, and RB211 Business Manager. He also gained experience overseas with Wood Group, as General Manager of its Alaska facility and President of its light industrial gas turbine service facility in Houston, Texas.

Russell heads up our large engine business including SGT-A35 and WR21, and looks after forecasting, budgeting, planning, customer care and business performance for these product lines. He began his career in the automotive industry gaining both practical and management experience, before joining RWG in Aberdeen in 1990. After 12 years in our SGT-A20 (Avon) business, Russell moved over to SGT-A35 (RB211) and his exceptional product knowledge and technical expertise have contributed to the growth and success of our SGT-A35 (RB211) activities.

Kenny manages our SGT-A20 and Marine Spey business and is responsible for all forecasting, budgeting, planning, customer care and business performance activities for these product lines. Kenny started his RWG career in 1989 and he has been an integral part of our SGT-A20 (Avon) team ever since. He joined as an apprentice, then progressed from the workshop to project engineering and then project management roles.

Advanced Remanufacturing Business Manager

Andy manages our advanced remanufacturing business, and is responsible for customer-facing activities, budgeting and project management for these product lines. After graduating university in 2009, he worked for Wood Group as a rotating equipment engineer, gaining international experience in the Middle East, US and Europe. Andy joined RWG in 2012 and progressed from rotating equipment engineer to acting project and operations manager for our Olympus business, before taking over management of our marine division and, more recently, our advanced remanufacturing business.

Mark manages the RWG business in the US, leading our highly skilled SGT-A05 team at RWG’s 42,000 sq ft gas turbine maintenance facility in Houston, Texas. After joining our business in 1993 as a mechanical engineering apprentice, Mark’s RWG career has involved technician, project engineering, operations and general management roles, both in the US and Brazil.

Steven manages the Malaysian team in the RWO business which is dedicated to service the Malaysian market. Steve joined RWG in 2001 coming from Rolls-Royce aero engines where his final position was as Chief Development Engineer. Initially employed as the companies principal engineer his role developed into Engineering Director where he was responsible for the companies repair division, testbeds and engineering functions. In a change of career direction he moved to Malaysia to become the General Manager of RWO in 2016.

An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Mick heads up our global business development and marketing activities. He began his career with Rolls-Royce in Derby, England working on development testing of jet engines for military aircraft, and has been involved in aftermarket services for industrial and aero gas turbines for more than 25 years. Mick joined Wood Group in 1997 where he held a range of sales, business development and marketing positions, before joining RWG in 2014.

Sales Manager – Europe and MENA

Kyle supports our SGT-A35, SGT-A20, Olympus and SGT-A05 activities, maintaining strong relationships with operators across Europe, Middle East and North Africa. He focuses on delivering innovative and cost-effective maintenance solutions, and managing sales and new business opportunities. Kyle joined RWG in 2002 as an apprentice, and gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer and Field Service Technician before moving into customer support.

Josh manages our SGT-A35, SGT-A20 and SGT-A05 gas generators maintenance services business and is responsible for all sales/marketing and business development activities across operators in Asia. With over 15 years of Power & Energy business experience, Josh has held multiple technical sales leadership roles with Parker Hannifin/Emerson Process and has gained extensive industry knowledge regionally.

Jay is responsible for all sales, marketing, and business development activities for SGT-A20, SGT-A35, Olympus, SGT-A05, and 570/571-K product lines in North and South America. He has more than 30 years’ gas turbine experience, gained initially with the US Air Force and then Rolls-Royce Engine Services, before he joined RWG in 2001. Jay’s depth of experience and product knowledge benefit our industrial customers all over the world.
