Kenny is responsible for all sales and business development activities across RWG Limited’s customer portfolio. Kenny started his RWG career in 1989 and was an integral part of our SGT-A20 (Avon) business. He joined as an apprentice engine fitter, then progressed into various project engineering functions before amassing managerial responsibilities in both our Industrial and Marine products.

Dave heads up our large engine business including SGT-A35 and Marine WR21, and looks after forecasting, budgeting, planning, customer care and business performance for these product lines. He started his career in 1996 as an apprentice SGT-A20 fitter, before progressing into project engineering on the same product line. Dave then transferred across to the SGT-A35 department where he was senior project engineer for 15 years before moving into a management position, and his exceptional product knowledge and technical expertise have contributed to the growth and success of our SGT-A35 (RB211) activities.

Kyle is responsible for the day-to-day management of RWG’s Medium Engine Business ultimately ensuring delivery performance and customer satisfaction is maintained for both SGT-A20 and Spey product lines. His key responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting and planning of work as well as ensuring business continuity and growth. He joined RWG in 2002 as an apprentice and gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer and Field Service Technician before moving into a customer support role, subsequently progressing into sales and project management.

Advanced Remanufacturing Business Manager

Andy manages our advanced remanufacturing business, and is responsible for customer-facing activities, budgeting and project management for these product lines. After graduating university in 2009, he worked for Wood Group as a rotating equipment engineer, gaining international experience in the Middle East, US and Europe. Andy joined RWG in 2012 and progressed from rotating equipment engineer to acting project and operations manager for our Olympus business, before taking over management of our marine division and, more recently, our advanced remanufacturing business.

Mark manages the RWG business in the US, leading our highly skilled SGT-A05 team at RWG’s 42,000 sq ft gas turbine maintenance facility in Houston, Texas. After joining our business in 1993 as a mechanical engineering apprentice, Mark’s RWG career has involved technician, project engineering, operations and general management roles, both in the US and Brazil.

Darren is currently General Manager of RWO – Our Malaysian Overhaul Facility, located near to Kuala Lumpur, supporting the Local Fleet of SGT-A05, SGT-A20 and SGT-A35 Gas Turbines. He joined RWG as an apprentice and worked his way through the company in various roles including an Engine Fitter, Tester and Project Engineer gaining significant experience in the business.

An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Mick heads up our global business development and marketing activities. He began his career with Rolls-Royce in Derby, England working on development testing of jet engines for military aircraft, and has been involved in aftermarket services for industrial and aero gas turbines for more than 25 years. Mick joined Wood Group in 1997 where he held a range of sales, business development and marketing positions, before joining RWG in 2014.

Jay is responsible for all sales, marketing, and business development activities for SGT-A20, SGT-A35, Olympus, SGT-A05, and 570/571-K product lines in North and South America. He has more than 30 years’ gas turbine experience, gained initially with the US Air Force and then Rolls-Royce Engine Services, before he joined RWG in 2001. Jay’s depth of experience and product knowledge benefit our industrial customers all over the world.

Josh manages our SGT-A35, SGT-A20 and SGT-A05 gas generators maintenance services business and is responsible for all sales/marketing and business development activities across operators in Asia. With over 15 years of Power & Energy business experience, Josh has held multiple technical sales leadership roles with Parker Hannifin/Emerson Process and has gained extensive industry knowledge regionally.
