We are proud to have achieved nine consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards for safety, as well as four Gold Medals for occupational health and safety. As you would expect from a company with our depth of history and experience, we have industry-leading quality control systems in place supporting continuous improvement across every aspect of our business.
Our QHSE management system is approved by ISNetworld, FPAL Verify and UVDB Verify. We are a Siemens OEM approved maintenance, repair, overhaul centre (MROC).
Investing in our future workforce
We nurture new talent through our in-house training centre. Since RWG was founded in 1990, more than 160 apprentices have successfully completed our modern apprenticeship training programme. We welcome up to 12 new apprentices each year and offer a rewarding long-term career with RWG, which brings seamless technical capability and product knowledge for our customers.
